Jatin’s Story

Jatin connected with us early in his Commercial Cookery training course.
His direct request was to have an opportunity at gaining real skills and time in a quality kitchen environment.
We got right to work and made this happen.
He was placed into Baringo Food and Wine Co, Gisborne, where under Head Chef Tim Austin, he completed his
required Work Based Training Program and then was offered a permanent cook position within the team.
Jatin is now kicking goals on his way to complete his Cert IV in Commercial Cookery.
We look forward to continuing his pathway to success.
