Attract, Train & Retain Program

Step 1

Allows us to get to know our candidates as much as possible and enable ourselves to create a tailored program that brings the best possible outcome. This leads on to high success rates and a unique individual service.

May include some or all of the following services:

  • Hold a consultation to plan and develop your Attract, Train & Retain Program and to identify specific requirements to your tailored program for up to 90 minutes
  • Analyse and identify your gaps in skills and pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses to establish a strategy to reach your reasonable goals
  • Assist you in preparing your resume or providing you with feedback regarding your resume so you can tailor your resume for a particular job
  • Conduct training according to identified strategy and provide coaching services to assist you in preparing for job interviews, and supporting you during the job interview process
  • Use reasonable endeavours to consider any industry contacts we may have who may be able to assist you in sourcing an appropriate position
  • Access to CSV e-Learning Platform

Attract, Train & Retain Program

Step 2

May include some or all of the following services:

  • Provide you with ongoing training and mentoring for up to 4 weeks during your work placement
  • Conduct regular meetings whereby CSV will provide support and guidance in line with your identified strategy
  • Assist you and/or your employer with compliance regarding pay rates, payslips, roster, position description
  • Collate relevant documents for preparation of your Job Ready Employment Application (Stage 4)
  • Provide career path advice
